TERMS & CONDITIONS

Trading Hours:

Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm Public Holidays 9.00 am to 5.00pm Closed Sunday Christmas Day, New Years Day. Equipment returns must be before 4.00pm Monday to Friday and before 2.00pm Saturdays and Public Holidays. After hours pick-up or drop-off only by prior arrangement at cost of $45 payable on pick-up.

Rental Period

Day one of the rental period is the day of pick-up regardless of the time, and the day the equipment is returned is counted as the final day also regardless of the time.

Rental Duration

Minimum rental period is 1 day

Early Returns

There is no refund for early returns.

Late Returns

Extra charge of $45 per day

Rental Period Extensions

Extensions to the rental period can only be authorised by the management and depend solely on future bookings and availability. Any request for an extension must be communicated to BCSL as soon as possible.

Rental Bond / Insurance Excess / Damage Protection

Payment in full is required upon pick-up of the equipment. This can be paid by cash, Travelers cheques or personal cheque. Where full payment is LESS than $500 a Rental Bond may be required. The Rental Bond Shall not exceed $500 and will be no less than the difference between full payment and $500. The Bond is fully refundable provided the equipment is returned on time and undamaged.

Taxes

12.5% Sales Tax is applicable to the gross hire charge. By entering into the Rental Agreement you authorise BCSL to debit your credit card /Bond/ Deposit (and you will pay on demand any balance) with the following charges. All rental charges as specified on the rental agreement All loss or damage to the equipment (including loss of use) legal expenses and recovery charges as per the Rental Agreement.
